I live in Arizona where there is very little rain and humidity. The problem I am running into is in getting rid of the urine smell in yards with no grass. It is an intense odor that nothing seems to be able to destroy. I am currently using odormute, but am wondering if there is something better. Any suggestions?

Sell yourself, not a product. If they would have done the up keep before you started, you would not have a huge problem. Charge them to rinse it with a hose every so often. Here is your time to upsell.

Definitely sell "you".  When I started with one new client she said she was planning on buying hay to spread around.  I said, good if it is for bedding and she said it was to absorb the pee.  I said not to worry about it because with regular poop scooping the smell will be less because the poop wouldn't be packed on the ground and I was right.

In Arizona I think it sounds great to say you'll spray water a little in the pee areas.  With weekly service, the regular spray down will make a difference and you probably don't have to spray much each time to dilute the pee.
