how much do you all charge for Apartments per hour?

I don't charge by the hour. I have an initial fee and then a weekly rate depending on how many properties they have. I have found out that apartment management likes this as they alway know what they have to pay.

I have found around here all commercial jobs want to billed monthly and it seems that includes the initial payment (the only time I agree to billing the initial payment is on commercial jobs, residential customers always pay the initial at time of service).
